With the support of Network Kinection, Juan secured an internship at Jiffy Lube where he applies his classroom learning into practice as a technician. While at Jiffy Lube, Juan has been honing his skills and building strong connections with his coworkers. The interest began when I was helping my dad with his cars. When I first started at Jiffy Lube, I got along with my coworkers. They have helped me a lot in jobs that I did not know how to do, like performing an oil extraction through the dipsticks. The hardest thing for me was filling out the work order, but I have got it down now. In the future, I see myself being a crew chief. My advice is to have fun doing what you like, like me - I enjoy working on cars.
