With a proven, student centric approach at its core, Network Kinection contracts with community colleges to assist with volume student placement into meaningful work experience opportunities.
How It Works:
Through state and federal grant funding, Network Kinection works in partnership with local California Community Colleges and other workforce entities to increase the number of students pursuing high growth, high wage careers.
1. Goal Setting
Briefly meet with Network Kinection to discuss our process and goals for your students.
2. Class Visits
Network Kinection will make short class visits to inform students of our services.
3. Connection
Students are contacted within 2-3 business days and begin working with Network Kinection staff.
4. Reporting
On a monthly basis, Network Kinection sends out detailed reports on students and employers.
